The classical music lovers in Bucharest are again invited on June 23 to attend the concert, part of the Bucharest Music and Film Festival which will take place in the George Enescu Square, starting with 7.30pm. The open air concert is entirely produced by ArCuB and starts at 7.30pm.

After a brilliant career as solo performer under the guidance of famous conductors such as Zubin Mehta, Daniel Barenboim, Leonard Bernstein, Lorin Maazel, Carlos Kleiber, Bernard Haitink and Carlo Maria Giulini, Benoît Fromanger has decided to take up a career as a conductor and has developed his skills with the support of six world-famous masters such as Rolf Reuter, Kiesler Kenneth and Valery Gergiev. Benoît Fromanger has joined the Bucharest Symphony Orchestra as artistic director and principal conductor. He is involved in Salut CULTURA! because he believes that music is the link between culture, education, people and civilisation, beyond any geographical borders.Known world-wide for his highly professional conductor skills, Benoît Fromanger shows utter respect for both musicians and the audience, generosity, passion and a unique approach to music.
Graduated with highest distinction of the National Superior Conservatory of Paris in 2010, George Tudorache is currently the concertmaster of the Orchestre Philharmonique Royal de Liège and the London Philharmonic. During his solo career, he scored appearances with prestigious orchestras such London Symphony Orchestra, New Europe Chamber Orchestra, Orchestre Philharmonique Royal de Liège, Brahms Festival Orchestra etc.
Performing as guest concertmaster, George Tudorache frequently collaborates with famous orchestras: Philharmonique de la Radio France, Orchestra de la Comunidad Valenciana, London Symphony Orchestra, Orchestre Capitol de Toulouse, WDR Koln Philarmonie under the baton of famous conductors such as: Valery Gergiev, Zubin Mehta, Esa Pekka Salonen, Riccardo Chailly, Placido Domingo, Chung Myung-Whung and Yukka Pekka Saraste.
Winner of multiple international competitions, including Rodolfo Lipizer 2012 Colmar – Strasbourg 2010 or Flamme – Paris 2009, George Tudorache performs on a 1709 Stradivarius violin.
